About Me.

After graduating with a degree in Business and Marketing, I began my career in retail banking as a Financial Advisor. While I valued the advisory experience, I eventually pivoted into enterprise B2B sales within Enercare’s commercial division. There, I drove HVAC solution sales for a diverse portfolio of businesses, a role that routinely demanded navigating long, complex sales cycles with multiple decision makers.

It was during my time at Enercare that I developed a strong interest in artificial intelligence and how it could be used to increase efficiencies in both my personal and professional life.

Like most people, I started out using LLMs to answer inquiries and draft emails. However, as I immersed myself in online courses, tutorials, and technical literature, my casual usage shifted toward technical experimentation. As my knowledge and skills around AI grew, I became increasingly amazed by its capabilities and potential use cases.

After completing a course in agentic workflow automation, I challenged myself to apply that knowledge directly to my daily work. I designed and deployed a custom workflow using Zapier to automate the commercial HVAC tender bidding process.

By engineering this solution, I compressed a complex proposal cycle that previously took days into a matter of minutes.

Successfully building that workflow was a pivotal moment; it became undeniably clear to me that this technology had the potential to fundamentally reshape how businesses operate. It was at this time that I decided to double down on my commitment to learning, experimenting, and building intelligent AI solutions that create real business value.
